Ketogenic Basics
The basics of a ketogenic diet are simple. The body receives a reduced amount of intake, so it is forced to begin using internal storage (fat storage) as a source of energy. So imagine, if you cheat on your ketogenic diet and eat too much broccoli (too much intake), the body will use that awesome source of energy (broccoli), as a source of fuel, and it will not consume your fat as a source of energy. Get it?
Don’t cheat on your ketogenic diet. Follow the protocol exactly as it calls for. Let the body consume your fat as its soul source of fuel (1200kcal/day). Let the body shrink. Let the results happen.
