In addition to our virtual services, starting May 1, 2026, we are offering in-person services at The Flow Co. Yoga and Wellness, 1175 Folly Rd, Charleston, SC 29412. Those services will include:

• Body Composition Analysis (prospective clients only, $20)
• New Start (prospective clients only, complimentary)
• Quick Weigh-in (current clients only)

All on-site services take place in Eastern time (Charleston, SC).
